Opinion: Yes it is true that teaching the basic reading in elementary grade will help the student to become competent in their own learning strategies especially if they are joining press conference,it will enrich their capabilities to share their ideas and knowledge in writing.

ISSUE: Kailangan mapag-aral ng mga bata ang pag-aaral ng wika at pagbabasa
OPINION: Kailangan ng mga bata na mag-isip hindi lang basta pagmememorya, kailangan nilang maging "creative".
